Why people verify WhatsApp this way
WhatsApp asks for a phone number before you can do anything. If you want a second account for work, a number for a business profile, or simply do not want to attach your personal number to a new account, a virtual number for SMS verification solves that. You order a number online, WhatsApp texts the code to it, and you read the code from your V SIM account.

Before you start
- You need a V SIM account with a small balance. Signing up is free; funds can be added with EasyPaisa, JazzCash or other methods on the Add Funds page. The minimum top-up starts from $5 depending on the method.
- Have WhatsApp installed and ready on the phone or desktop where you plan to use the account. Do not order the number until you are sitting at the registration screen.

Step-by-step: WhatsApp verification with V SIM
Step 1: Pick the service and country
Log in, select WhatsApp as the service, then choose a country from the list. The price for that combination is shown before you confirm.
Step 2: Get your number
Confirm the order. The number appears instantly on your Activations page along with the time it stays active. Copy it, including the country code.
Step 3: Enter the number in WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp, choose the matching country from its dropdown, and paste the number. Tap Next and ask for the code by SMS. If WhatsApp offers to call you instead, choose the SMS option, since the virtual number receives text messages.
Step 4: Read the code on your Activations page
Go back to V SIM. The Activations page refreshes itself, so the code will appear without you reloading anything. Type it into WhatsApp.
Step 5: Finish the profile
Set your name and photo as usual. The account is now registered to that number.
An honest note on acceptance
Whether a given number is accepted is entirely up to WhatsApp. Its systems decide which number ranges to allow, and those decisions change over time and vary by country. V SIM cannot guarantee that any specific number will be accepted, and we would rather say that plainly than promise something we do not control.
What we can promise is the refund rule: if no code arrives, you can cancel the number or simply let it expire, and the full price goes back to your balance automatically. You are never charged for a number that did not receive an SMS.
If the code does not arrive
- Wait a moment first. Delivery can lag a little depending on the network. Keep the Activations page open.
- Check the number you typed. A wrong digit or wrong country code in WhatsApp means the SMS goes somewhere else.
- Use Replace. The Replace option gives you a fresh number for WhatsApp in the same country. Try the new one on the registration screen.
- Try a different country. If one country's numbers are not being accepted today, cancel, take the refund, and order from another country. With numbers available across many countries you have plenty of alternatives, and a silent number costs you nothing.

Things to keep in mind
- One number, one verification. Each order covers a single verification. If you need another account later, order a new number.
- Stay logged in on your device. The virtual number is for the initial verification. If WhatsApp later asks you to verify again, for example after a reinstall, it will send a new code to the original number, and that number will no longer be in your account.
- Respect WhatsApp's rules. Use the account the way WhatsApp allows. V SIM provides the number; how the account is used is your responsibility, as set out in our terms.
