A virtual number for SMS verification is a phone number hosted online instead of on a SIM card in your pocket. When an app or website sends a text message to that number, the message lands in your V SIM account rather than on a phone. You read the code, type it into the app, and the sign-up goes through.
You do not need to buy a SIM, insert anything, or own a second phone. All you need is a browser and a few cents of balance.
People use this for ordinary reasons: signing up for a service without handing out a personal number, testing an app in a country you are not in, keeping marketing texts away from your main phone, or registering a second account where the platform allows it.

Choose the service you want to verify (for example Telegram) and the country you want the number from. Countries with the deepest stock include the United Kingdom, Poland, Netherlands, Italy, France, Morocco, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Spain, Portugal and Argentina.
The number appears on your Activations page the moment you order. Copy it.
Paste the number into the sign-up form and request the code as you normally would.
The SMS shows up on your Activations page automatically. The page refreshes itself, so you do not need to reload. Enter the code in the app and you are done.
Each number is issued for one verification and stays active for a limited time. That time is shown on the order itself, so check it there rather than guessing. Delivery is automatic around the clock; there is no manual step on our side.
If the number you received does not suit your case, the Replace option gives you a new number for the same service and country.
If no SMS arrives, you have two choices: cancel the number, or just let it expire. Either way the full price returns to your account balance automatically. You do not need to open a ticket.
Once an SMS has arrived, the number has done its job and there is no refund. This is the same for every service and country.
If you need to receive OTP online at volume, the API exposes balance, services, countries, prices, order, status and cancel actions as JSON over HTTPS. Your key is on the Account page. A per-minute rate limit applies, so batch your requests sensibly.
